WHAT WE WILL DO: Guided canyoning experience in the Laghetto di San Benedetto gorge in Subiaco (RM), just one hour from Rome. A small natural playground awaits you—a short but intense route full of emotions and fun.

• The experience requires a minimum of 2 participants to take place.
• This is the perfect route to try canyoning for the first time, with minimal effort required.

WHAT TO BRING

• Swimsuit.
• Towel.
• A pair of sneakers or lightweight hiking shoes that will get completely wet.
• A synthetic long- or short-sleeved shirt, preferably thermal (no cotton).
• Fingerless gloves, such as gym gloves (optional).

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Technical equipment (harness, helmet, 5 mm neoprene wetsuit, and neoprene socks).
• Shared technical equipment.
• A certified ENGC canyoning guide—the highest professional standard in the industry.
