WHAT WE WILL DO: Guided canyoning trip through the Fossaceca Canyon, located in the Gran Sasso National Park (AQ). This is where things get serious! If you’ve made it this far, you’ve already completed at least the Forra del Casco route and you’re ready to experience one of the most spectacular and impressive canyons in Central Italy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Suitable for participants aged 18 and over with previous canyoning experience.
- Canyoning Technical Difficulty 🔴
- Physical Effort 🔴
- You must have previously completed both the Roccaranieri and Forra del Casco canyoning routes.
- A good level of physical fitness and endurance is required.
- The experience requires a minimum of 4 participants to take place.
WHAT TO BRING
- Swimsuit.
- Towel.
- A pair of sneakers or lightweight hiking shoes that will get completely wet.
- A fleece or synthetic beanie (or a Buff neck warmer) to wear under the helmet.
- A long-sleeved thermal base layer or lightweight fleece to wear under the wetsuit (no cotton).
- 0.5 liters of water.
- Energy bars or dried fruit (lunch will be after the activity).
- Fingerless gloves, such as gym gloves (optional).
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Technical equipment (harness, helmet, 5 mm neoprene wetsuit, and neoprene socks).
- Shared technical equipment.
- A certified ENGC canyoning guide—the highest professional standard in the industry.
