WHAT WE WILL DO: Guided canyoning experience in the Serendipity Gorge at Castel di Tora (RI), just one hour from Rome. A fun, easy, and refreshing canyon designed for families and first-time canyoners—no stress, just adventure.

HIGHLIGHTS

• We will enjoy canyoning in a wild yet accessible environment, surrounded by lush green nature, limestone walls, and peaceful forests.
• We will descend on ropes in a fun and simple way, with easy abseils never exceeding 10 metres.
• We will share your very first real outdoor adventure together.

• The experience requires a minimum of 5 participants to take place.

WHAT TO BRING

• Swimsuit.
• Towel.
• A pair of sneakers or lightweight hiking shoes that will get completely wet.
• A fleece or synthetic beanie (or Buff neck warmer) to wear under the helmet.
• In spring/autumn, a long-sleeved thermal base layer or lightweight fleece is recommended under the wetsuit (no cotton); in summer, a short-sleeved synthetic shirt is sufficient (no cotton).
• 0.5 liters of water.
• Energy bars or dried fruit (lunch will be after the activity).
• Fingerless gloves, such as gym gloves (optional).

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Technical equipment (harness, helmet, 5 mm neoprene wetsuit, and neoprene socks).
• Shared technical equipment.
• A certified ENGC canyoning guide—the highest professional standard in the industry.
