WHAT WE WILL DO
Guided canyoning experience in the Casco gorge, near the Marmore Falls. Expect a stunning sequence of rope descents, one more beautiful than the next.

HIGHLIGHTS

• We will enjoy breathtaking views over the Valnerina during the approach hike to the stream. Yes, that means some uphill walking at first. But then it’s all downhill, we promise.
• We will rappel down the 28-meter waterfall, the most famous in central Italy, and you’ll get the coolest profile picture of the year.
• You’ll use the descender so many times that by the end of the experience you won’t want to stop.

• Recommended for participants with good physical fitness and comfort with heights.
• The experience will take place with a minimum of 6 participants.

WHAT TO BRING

• Swimsuit
• Towel
• A pair of sneakers or lightweight hiking shoes that will get completely wet
• Fleece or synthetic beanie (or Buff neck warmer) to wear under the helmet
• Long-sleeved thermal shirt or lightweight fleece to wear under the wetsuit (no cotton)
• 0.5 liters of water
• Energy bars or dried fruit (lunch is after the activity)
• Fingerless gloves (optional)

WHAT WE PROVIDE

• Technical equipment (harness, helmet, 5 mm neoprene wetsuit, and neoprene socks)
• Shared technical equipment
• A certified ENGC guide, the highest standard on the market
